Blanched Almonds
Ingredients
- raw almonds
- water enough to cover the almonds
Instructions

Bring the water to a boil.

Place the raw almonds into the boiling water and boil for 1 minute.

Drain and run cold water over it to cool.

The almond skin will be shriveled. Squeeze them between your fingers and the almond will slip right out of its skin.
